Terms & Conditions
This booking form agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions between you (being an individual or a company acting through its authorised officer) ("you" or the "Client") and Magnacorp (Pty) Ltd ("Magnacorp" or "we" or "us").
It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any change in your contact details and to provide us with alternative contact details. We will not be liable for any of your losses, costs, expenses or damages incurred or suffered by you as a consequence of your failure to provide accurate, up to date contract details;
Cancellation Notice
Please let us know as soon as possible, in writing, if you cannot attend your scheduled training. Cancellations must be made in writing, either by email, letter or fax. The date of cancellation shall be the date in which your written notification is received by Magnacorp. Full refunds will only be given if you have given us 10 working days' notice before the start of the course. If less than 5 working days' notice is given, the full course fee will still be chargedpayable. If between 6 to less than 910 working days' notice is given, 50% of the course fee will still be chargedpayable. Magnacorp reserves the right to withdraw / reschedule a course at any time.
Indemnity
In accepting this order and confirming the booking, you've hereby indemnify Magnacorp (Proprietary) Limited, its affiliated companies, directors, shareholders, agents (whether authorized or not), employees, servants, representatives and officers ("Magnacorp") for any claim that may arise against Magnacorp for any loss, damage (including direct, indirect and consequential damages and/or loss of profits), costs (including any legal costs on the scale as between attorney and client and any additional legal costs), expenses and/or liability ( whether actual, contingent or otherwise) of whatever nature and however arising or caused ( including liability in terms of section 60 and 61 of Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008), which Magnacorp or any third party may suffer, incur or sustain or which may arise, directly or indirectly as a result of the personal injury or death of your employees and/or representatives whilst they undertake training presented by Magnacorp.
Other
- Please ensure that you meet the minimum requirements as stipulated in the SAQA Unit Standard before attending.
- Magnacorp courses and Courses. Aall training material and presentations are in English.
- Candidates agree to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct (available from Magnacorp branches or www.magnacorp-pm.co.za).
- On the first day of the course, the candidates must bring:
- Proof of Payment / Order Number for full amount
- 2 x original certified copies of ID/Passport: Not older than
- 3 months
- 1 x original certified copy highest qualification
- If we do not receive the ID and highest qualification copies, we will not be able to issue your certificate to you until such documents are supplied to us and they meet the minimum requirements, as stipulated by the SAQA Unit Standards and we are endorsed by the the respective SETA's regulations.
- For Working at Height Courses also bring - PPE's Safety Shoes, Safety Hat, and Gloves.
- Full course fees have to be paid at least 1 week prior to the course.
- Companies that have been approved through the credit vetting process may provide valid purchase order numbers.
- No booking confirmations will be forwarded to the client without the order number or proof of full payment.
- Certain courses require the use of laptops and attendees are urged to bring their laptops.
- No cell phones are allowed into the training rooms on the day/s of any assessments.
- Certificates are issued up on a candidate being found competent, full payment received and submission of all the required documents as stipulated above per point c above.
- Candidates receive results via SMS to their cellphonel number given on the Attendance Register.
- Refreshments and lunch will only be provided if the training is conducted at one of the Magnacorp venues.
- Please contact your Magnacorp branch should you require information about accommodation close to the venue.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions in Section 4.and I am aware that it is my responsibility to contact Magnacorp if I do not receive an acknowledgement to this booking. I agree to my details being added to Magnacorp 's database in order for information relating to my booking to be sent.
