Sanele Ndlovu is a South African businesswoman, civil engineering technologist and entrepreneur. A civil engineering technologist with over 10 years’ experience, Sanele Ndlovu specialises in construction and project management, including infrastructure asset management, quality assurance and other related engineering tasks.
Sanele Ndlovu was born and raised in a local township called KwaMashu, situated in Durban in KwaZulu-Natal. She graduated with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Natal Technikon now known as Durban University of Technology, further to that she completed a B Tech in Civil Engineering from Natal Technikon.

Career and Goals
Her career began in 2003 just before she graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Durban University of Technology. She went on to work in engineering/construction departments for numerous companies either as a site manager or a project manager, however, due to her desire to grow further in her skills she was inspired to go into business to stretch her skills and talents, and a bonus to create a better life for herself, her family and her community. Her inspiration was paired with her love for helping others and being a conduit for change. She started off with small projects from the local municipality.
She started a construction company Magnacorp Project Managers (Pty) Ltd, which is Black-owned. She is considered to be one of South Africa’s most influential people. She is an inspiration to women as she has been instrumental in breaking barriers for women in the corporate environment in South Africa.
In 2021 Magnacorp Project Managers has qualified as one of South Africa’s top Gender Empowered Companies.
